What is Reality?

There are things that words can't describe, so don't expect me to - however, I hope that my videos help you to think.

Our question is "What is Reality?" Some people might say, reality is that what I can touch or look at. Definitely, you are touching or looking at something with your sensory organs, but (as we discussed earlier already) that which realizes reality is not your brain but your consciousness.

Now, everything we perceive is subject to the limitations of our senses. Our limited visible light spectrum or the amount of images we process per second. Those limitations somehow apply to all senses, so also our smell, taste, hearing and touch.
Based on the findings of physics, we are told that matter is not at all solid, instead it is just a few atoms with a lot of empty space in between.
A physicist may come along and say: "Reality is what I can measure!" which is definitely not certain due to our 3D conception of space. Yes, we can measure matter in our 3 dimensions, but how many dimensions are we unable to see?
Our magic cube might look completely different 'in reality' and is bend in space in a way to create our perception.
In addition to that we could also talk about the illusion of time...
Well, anyway, there is one thing we can say, and that is that SOMETHING exists to create whatever we see in it.
This Something is called Existence. Existence is real.
Also, our experience of Existence (our feelings) is real.

Reality is:
Existence!
(that what we perceive as the magic cube)
The Experience of Existence!
(that what we experience as we observe Existence)

Some examples:
Let's say I'm really angry about somebody else because he didn't show up to a meeting. Later I find out that the person had an accident - which turns my anger into worries. At this point, I see that there was no reason at all to be angry, however, the experience of anger was real.

I hope you’re staying with me here. Back to us human beings looking at Existence…
Basically, looking at our senses and body, it is the same than the magic cube, it is Existence. How it looks in reality we don’t know, we only know what we experience while we’re looking at it.
At this point, since there is no separation of ‘things’ anymore, we can say that Existence is all there is, and Consciousness experiencing it.

Some people might say: "Why are you trying to take reality away from me? What's the benefit of knowing that everything you look at isn't really like you perceive it? Just look at a flower, it's beautiful exactly how I see it!"
And I say: "When you look at a beautiful flower, what really happens is that you are aware of your experience of something beautiful. It is not the beauty of the flower that is important but the trigger that made you aware of your experience. If you don't observe the flower, there will be no experience of such. You always thought that a real object creates a non-real experience inside of you.
Realize that your experience of Existence is everything you ever wanted. This experience of Existence can also be called Consciousness.

And some people might say: “It’s hard to experience beauty. On my way to work, there are hundreds of beautiful flowers, but I don’t see them. I’m stressed out thinking about a problem.”
And I say: “Realize that the experience of being stressed out is real, and you will see the beauty of this experience.”

As a side notice, within Existence
there is Motion.
(that what we perceive as time.)
or: Creation
(Creation = Change within Existence)
I think that Creation is a better description than motion for kind of the same thing...
Motion suggests that our 3-dimensional space moves through a higher dimension, and while it moves, it creates the experience we have.
Creation instead suggests, that Existence (or Oneness) creates itself without moving at all. At this point, words really fail to explain…

In the Creation of Existence, Consciousness is experiencing.
Thanks for your time, enjoy your experience.
